Of the Tortures of Exercise
so I have started doing P90X. Its killing me if you want to know, lol. I'm SO extremely out of shape. Not just a little but A LOT. One day killed me. I've decided to keep a blog of my experience over the next 90 days on the system. I've added a link to the side that you can click and read my complaints as I continue to torture myself.
