Race for the Cure.

Race for the Cure 2011

I'm not a runner, never have been. But I have recently started to feel a craving for it in my body. I have been trying to run/walk atleast 3 days a week and I'm starting to like it more. Granted I can run like a minute at a time before I get tired, but I'm trying to build up my stamina. I have this app on my phone called Couch to 5K that is supposed to help you build up your stamina from a complete non runner to one that can run for 30 minutes without stopping. So I've started the app this week and I'm hoping that I can see it through to the end because I would like to participate in this year's race for the cure. Cross your fingers for me, ha ha! I've never done anything like it before and even if I end up walking a lot I still want to try!

That's funny becaust just last night I was telling TJ I wanted to do this year's Race for a Cure. We should so do it together!!!

I LOVE running, and can hate it at the same time! It is by far the fastest way for me to lose weight and gain muscle, and I love getting the runners high.
