February Goals

okay so January is over with and I did a horrible job at keeping some of my goals, so I'm going to now set my february goals, some of which are the same as january, lol.

1.) Continue workout regime. Adding in my couch to 5K app. This app is supposed to get you into a place where you can run a 5K (3.1 miles or whatever) in 9 weeks. I had a couple people tell me about this app and how they swear by it, so we'll see.... Also continue with eating healthier.

2.) Read atleast 2 books this month. Last month I read only 1 month and that put me behind on my goal. I really need to get my self back on track.

3) Get all of my visiting in.

4.) continue with my goal of going to church every sunday

5.) Be a better house keeper. Deep clean one room everyday that I dont work.

It is so fun to see your goals! I love the month to month idea! KEEP IT UP! It is a good example for me!
